Each month the Chamber hosts a luncheon and offers a sponsorship opportunity to a Chamber Member. The sponsor is recognized on the marquee and on the printed program handed out at the luncheon. Sponsors are given 10 minutes to address the lunch group and may choose the guest speakers for the program. Sponsors are allowed to place brochures, literature, or information products on the tables.
These tables are offered to Chamber Members and charitable or fundraising organizations during the monthly luncheon. A sponsor is given a banquet-style table in which they can promote their business or organization through visual aids, literature, product trials, raffles, or other means as approved by the Chamber. Trade Tables are set up 30 minutes prior to the luncheon and remain in place until the conclusion of the program. Each sponsor is allowed about 1 minute during the lunch program to promote their business.
Once per month, the Chamber hosts an After Hours event and offers a sponsorship opportunity to a Chamber Member. After Hours is an open-house style gathering held in the evening where a Member may promote their business or services. The Chamber offers advertising and promotion through postcard invitations, Friday email and social media. The Chamber will also provide a Chamber Gift Certificate in the amount of $25 to be used as a door-prize. The Chamber staff is available to offer assistance and ideas to the sponsor as needed.
The After Hours sponsor must be a member in good standing and must provide door prize(s), refreshments and beverages, and their logo for advertising purposes. The sponsor may choose to conduct a program with speakers or visual aids or may opt for an open house/social interaction style event.

In 2019 a program was created to provide administrative savings to small employers. This program is administered by a specialty law firm in Philadelphia called MandMarblestone The MandMarblestone Group is a legal, actuarial, and third-party administration firm for qualified retirement plans. Investments are provided through John Hancock Retirement Plans. Variations of the plan can include 401(k) profit sharing; 403(b); 457; and 412(i) plans. In some instances, a payroll deduction program of individual IRA and ROTH IRA may be a better fit. This program can be provided for as little as $25.00 per month and is provided by American Funds. Employers cannot contribute to individual IRA’s. This program is different from the Blackfoot Chamber MEP Program and is easy to administer.
(Local advisor services for the Blackfoot Chamber MEP Program are provided by Lance Kolbet, FSCP, RHU, REBC, LUTCF. For a quote or proposal, you can contact Lance Kolbet at (208) 406-3219.)
