Previous insurance experience is not required for this role, we will teach you everything you need to learn!
The Commercial Lines Administrative Assistant, or Policy Service Associate which is our business title for the position, will provide admin and clerical support to Commercial Lines department members. You will work directly with Sales Executives and Account Managers to assist with processing client requests for service, processing endorsements, cancellations, and binders. You will also assist with quotes for new and renewal business and prepare proposals for presentations in addition to other duties that will be assigned by your manager.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you hold a high school diploma/GED (some college preferred), and at least 2 years of office/administrative experience. You will be required to obtain a Property & Casualty license if you don’t already have one which HUB will pay for you to acquire. Additionally, if you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment, and if you can hold your own while working a computer (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook), you will find our HUB culture a great fit.
