The sale will once again be held at the Lutheran Church across from the Wal-Mart parking lot. The sale is scheduled to take place on Saturday November 22nd from 10-2. This is a fundraiser for the club and the money raised goes towards projects in the community such as scholarships, sponsorships and much more. Bingham County Safe Place Wednesday November 12 Needlecraft Building Dinner and Silent Auction - 6:00 p.m. Live auction 7:00 p.m. $5 dinner tickets Donations always accepted The annual Bingham County Project Safe Place Fundraiser/Auction will be held Wednesday, November `12, 2008. Due to a growing attendance, the event will be held at the Eastern Idaho State Fair Needlecraft Building. Dinner and the Silent Auction begin at 6:00 p.m. and will include Beef cooked by Cleon Chapman and Baked Potatoes donated by NonPareil Potatoes. Tickets are $5.00 and available at Bingham Crisis Center, ISU Credit Union, POTELCO Credit Union (Firth), and Westmark Credit Union. Also check with a Board Member as Tickets are free with your Donated Item. The Live Auction begins at 7:00 p.m. Auction Donations are still needed and can be dropped off at the above locations. As always – cash donations are greatly appreciated. Project Safe Place is a community program designed to give kids immediate access to help in a crisis situation and can include simple problems of needing a phone or being with an unsafe driver to much more serious issues of abuse or runaway. Safe Place works by providing local business “safe places” and a hotline that kids can access 24 hours a day to speak with counselors. Help is Free and Confidential.
